Head to Circuit City, Staples or any of the biggies and look at what they got. You get what you pay for, so don't go cheap. 1 package is liable to be a lifetime supply for this phone...maybe two packages. I think the HP ones I bought for my iPAQ (12 in a pack) cost a little over 10 bucks.
You'll need a really sharp knife to cut them down to size with the best results...like an x-acto knife. Also a metal edged straight edge works best as a guide when cutting rather than a wooden or plastic ruler. (I've cut thousands of inserts in the last decade for tape/CD trees I've run on music mailing lists..the best tool...

Have you considered the "Fitted Lambskin Case" for Motorola that VZW sells? In fact the screen is so protected that it's very difficult to clean the screen or inside the protector...Give that a shot. The whole phone and the screen are afforded a good protection. 😎

You can also use the protectors for the front. I placed a piece of paper on the front and did a pencil rub of the black glass area. Cut that out, then traced onto back of protector and cut out with exacto knife, including a circle for around the lense. If you trace onto BACK of protector remember its reversed. Wasted one not thinking......
