i got a big f'n scratch on my phone screen, HELP!
i saw this little dot on my phone, and ofcourse since im such an ass, i go get a butter knife to try and scrape it off and i make it 10x worse...now this little annoying scratch is always staring at me everytime i open the phone...is there anyway i can fix it? get a new phone????

There's a paste for iPods that would also probably remove the scratches from regular non-touchpad screens such as those in cell phones.
Or, if you're within the 15 day trial on VZW, you can take it back and get it swapped. I'd start by saying that it randomly shuts off, since it's hard to prove... My rep was happy to replace it for the cosmetic scratches (from the keys).
