never mind i figured it out, but now it has a folder that says motorola and i click on it and it says that my file is corrupted or unreadable. Help Please

If you still have the packaging return both the v710 and your transflash card. Obviously too complicated for you. 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
just kidding, if reformatting it doesnt work, try putting it in the adapter and see if you can reformat it using your computer and try again. I had a problem with my transflash when i first got it until i formatted it on my pc. good luck.

Open My Computer, right click on the removable memory card and you should have the format option.
