I read somewhere that when this happens try removing your battery and reinserting it then try again. I forget where I read that though.. good luck.

yeah i tried that before it didnt help but sometimes if i play with it for 20 mins it starts 2 work

i had that problem when i took it out of the box. take out the battery, reinstall it, then push on the battery to make sure all off the connectors are touching. it worked for me
