Wow- would getting this make me bluetooth-functional?

My Dell laptop (Inspiron 8200 with Windows XP) doesn't have a bluetooth module in it, but if I got this amazing-looking keyboard combo (with a bluetooth transmitter), would I be able to communicate with my v710?
