According to the description on their site, it comes with an adapter.

As far as reliability, I'll let you know in a few days, hopefully.

I just received the 2 transflash cards (each with SD adapter)that I ordered from Shopblt.com.

Came in 1 day via UPS Ground! (NY to MA)

They seem to work great.

Yeah I got a tracking number and mine should arrive tomorrow afternoon.
