make sure the 800 is ready for pairing. i don't have one of tose ,but the 820 the light had to be on constant for it to pair. you had to hold the button in for about 5 seconds for it to stay on constant. 😁

thanks got the bluetooth speaker to work got it on verizon buisness site for 64.00 plus a 20 mail in rebate not bad 😎
