Bluetooth Headset Turns off Handset Ringer
I went online and bitched to both Verizon & Motorola Customer support about the fact that the handset ringer & vibrate turns off when BT is paired. Maybe if enough of us do this they will come up with a SW or Firmware solution. I have seen one mention in the forum that someone heard Moto is working on a fix, but that is the only indication I have seen. I spoke w/ multiple Moto cust support people and none of them said anything about Moto working on it. They just said that was how the phone worked.

This would be a good thing, if one wasn't wearing the headset. In which case, of course, there would be no point in pairing. I prefer the anonymity of an incoming call, which I can answer or ignore with the press of a button and no one the wiser. If Motorola can come up with a way to allow both options, that would probably make every one happy. 🤣
