Motorola V710

so i was in the store this morning and was inquiring about the v710 and if they are having a lot of probs with them. the sales guy said they have exchanged many. At this time they are currently sold out again. He told me in his exact words "too many people are being sticklers because they are exchanging the phone because of nicks and scratches..." He explained that this model is their hottest seller and that info from the internet about it being pulled is rumor only. They have not had a customer return the v710 because of defects (they should come to this forum!)
