I ordered a 128MB transflash card (for $39) and an HS-810 headset ($74). I got the package today, and included was the transflash card BUT they sent me the HS-820 ($69 on the sellers website). Now I don't know what to do. I kind of wanted the HS-810 cuz I had already tried it on and liked it. They gave me an offer. Either send it back to them, or get a $10 refund. Which do I do? I'm not sure if I'm going to like the HS-820, but of those who have it, is it any good?

What did you return it for? Or did you not get a bluetooth headset at all?

I tried both the 810 and 820; that was exactly what I thought, I felt really embarrassed wearing them. The 810 has an even larger light!

Also, once I was outside of a store with the 820, it was slightly breezy, couldn't hear the other person in my ear because of the design of the ear piece, doesn't really fit snuggly in the ear. I ducked behind a post to block the wind while I finished the conversation and when...

I've been testing both, the HS810, HS820 and the the Logitech as well, and here's what I've found so far (off the top of my head)...

HS810
Pro: LOVE the convenience of closing the boom mic to disconnect the bluetooth. That feature alone was almost enough to sell me on it... but

Con: I'm told, picks up lots of background noise. Out of the three, with this one I had the most trouble being heard. I feel I have to speak loud during a conversation.

HS820
Pro: Nice snug fit. IMO fits better than the HS810. Performed outgoing volume tests against the HS810 and this one picks up my voice at a lower speaking volume.

Con: Absolutely no standby. Can't even work around this by turning off and back on again. If its on it...
