So far I've had 3 710's and with all of them the camera is actually off center! All of my pictures come out tilted to the right.Instead of holding the phone staight up like at the 12 and 6 positions,I have to hold it at the 2 and 8.Even then the pictures dont look right.Hopefully they will have a fix for this soon. Also the phone simply powers off after about 10 minutes on the web. That lack of quality assurance is pathetic.

Every v710 has this problem... stupid quality control... or lack of it.... from Motorola. If you take a picture, especially with horizontal lines (i.e. windows... hard wood floors, etc.) you will easily see that every single v710 has the pictures slightly tilted to the right... unless you hold it that way to begin with. I have tested this on MANY v710 phones and everyone on Howard Forums has reported the same problem. You will not find a phone without it... until they fix it.

Motorola should be ashamed at the lack of attention to details on this phone. The features are nice... but quality is ridiculous. I was thinking this might be my return to Motorola since the startac days... but I'll only own this phone until a better Samsung or...

Well, maybe some good news. The manager at the Radio Shack where I bought the phone contacted the Motorola rep who says there is now a software fix for the camera tilting and he's going to get mine fixed on tuesday so i'll let everyone know how it turned out.

Nothing is wrong with the camera.
The camera is tilted on purpose, it's an ergonomic design. The hand naturally wants to hold the camera at a slight angle.

🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

HE IS CORRECT. when I asked my friends to string me up by one leg and one arm while I took a picture it was perfect.

It is hard to beat the brilliance of the VZW and MOTO team!
