1-week left to return my V710 - Any word on a Firmware/Bluetooth update?

I really love this phone, but I can't believe they disabled the bluetooth. I have a bluetooth USB adapter on my laptop. The only bluetooth feature that works is auto/voice dialing through the computer.

I want to be able to sync with Outlook address book on my computer. I was hoping to transfer all my phone numbers from my old phone. I went to the VZN store (few weeks ago)and they don't even have the ability to transfer the number to this phone yet.

I read a lot of talk about either Motorola released this phone to early OR Verizon made them disable some features.

I got the phone at Radio Shack a week before Verizon released it. If there is an update, will Radio Shack have the same flash update? Does anyone know when?

I wouldn't return it. If you like the phone, keep it. Firmware upgrdes are free so its not like your coughing up another $400. Plus, I've been able to sync my outlook address book, and transfer all my phonebook entries from my motorola v120e with a data cable. I got a cheap one for $10 at a computer show in my area (Don't ask for a V710 data cable, ask for like a t720 or v120e cable, they have the same CE bus. The guy I talked to had no clue a v710 existed). Outlook makes it easy to export your address book as a .csv file, which can be uploaded to your phone.
