Help With Picture ID??

I assign a picture to an entry in the ID field in my phonebook, but yet when that individual calls the picture doesn't display.

Anybody else experiencing this? Does anyone have any suggestions for making this work?

If you have listed more then 1 number under there name you have to assign a pic to every number
