bluetooth help
ive had the hs 820 headset for a while now and it's been working awesome! but yesterday i got the hs 810 for free and tried pairing it it my phone and couldnt figure out how to do it... now when i try to pair my phone with the 820 or my laptop it wont work!!! what happened?!?!

On the HS810, you need to hold the button with the boom closed, until the light is steady. Then open the boom, and then go to Bluetooth Link | Handsfree | Look for Devices and it should find the HS810.

i know, ive done it plenty of times before. The point is the 810, 820, and my laptop all of a sudden just stopped being able to connect to my v710.
