The real truth about Verizon and Moto

Ok guys, I've been a lurker here since back when the phone was to be "released" in may, so needless to day I've been along for most of the ride here at phonescoop. I too purchased the phone on the first day, and I too have encountered the following problems:

1. Phone scratching itself.
2. Screen will go black and I receive a no service inticator while on mobile web.
3. The bezel around my camera fell off.

And do you know what happened when I actually went into the verizon store? They said sorry to hear that, and they promptly replaced my phone, even after the 15 day worry free guarantee period. Verizon doing the right thing? Yea, they're pretty good in my experience. Don't make it out to be so sinister, they're not trying to pull on...

Yeah people don't understand that even if you buy a $10,000 700 megapixel camera and take pictures in low light w/o flash you WILL get the same result.

The real truth is that Verizon & Moto are multi-BILLION dollar companies that are competing in the business to sell us phones & phone service... They have the resources necessary to do the job right the "first" time, not the second or third... That they would release such a buggy product is inexcusable!!!

The "bugs will get ironed out later" line is a lame excuse invented by Microsoft as justification for selling buggy software to an unsuspecting public. Because Microsoft is a monopoly they can get away with it... Verizon & Moto are not monopolies fortunately! They need to do better or else the public will go elsewhere...

SHAME ON BOTH VERIZON & MOTOROLA!!! Who do you think you are, Bill Gates @ Microsoft?
