Looking for stereo output confirmation + brief overview
Ok this has been the topic of many threads, but there has been little confirmaion. There is definite confirmation that the motorola stereo headphones that are sold for the MPx200 work. That came from level 2. And the Radio Shack adapter has been found to fail in outputing stereo. To my knowlege no one has personaly confirmed that any of the 4 conductor adapters work. There is this review http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/showthread.php ?threadid=5690 but is kind of vague and not related to the v710. And I recived an E-mail from motorola that the 2.5mm jack is a stereo jack. But it all boils down to no definative confirmation on the 4 conductor adapters. Thanks for any help.

I have confirmed this twice on Howard Forums.
1. Using 4 pole adapter from ww.pc-mobile.com
2. Plugging any stereo headset in.
Playback is in stereo(not two ear mono)
I have not confirmed using a HS that also has a microphone/on/off switch as I have not received my Moto order yet.

You can get the adaptor from ebay (meant for a MPx200) for about $11, and mine came in yesterday and it works great (stereo).

I am glad someone got these. This is the set that I want to get. You can switch to the phone while listening to music with these, right?
