I bought from their online store (www.blueheadsets.com). I was impressed! I ordered a transflash card and an HS-810. I got the transflash card, but unfortunatley, they sent me the HS-820. They offered me to either keep the 820 and they would send me back the diffrence of the HS-810 vs. the HS-820 plus the cost of shipping! I was happy. But, in the end, I sent it back for the hs-810 (They even gave me a UPS electronic label that I could stick onto the box so I wouldn't have to pay shipping.) They then rush delivered the 810. Although they messed up, I think they did a very good job trying to work out, with constant communication by email and phone.
