Had VZW case 4 days, swivel's already broken :(
I just bought the 12.99 leather case with the clip/ swivel from VZW's b2b site and have had it 4 days. All of a sudden the click-stops on the swivel don't catch now and the phone spins around rather loosely.
I've hardly used the darn thing and have already had to return a defective HS820.
Anybody know if I can just return the case to a VZW store or do I have to hassle and mail it back?

I have the same problem. If someone finds out a solution please post. I'd go after the solution but am in the middle of a busy time...like you all are I'm sure.

There's a prepaid FEDEX label to return anything ordered online included with the package but then you are without a case for nearly a week. It's kind of lame to have to mail back this little thing.
I'm going over to a VZW store where I bought the phone now and see if they will exchange it. I'll let you know how it goes.

Just got back. VZW CS says I can bring case in for exchange with receipt. Their tech must look at it before exchange.
