The card

I was under the impression that you could take pictures on this phone, and it would be stored on a card. like a flash card, like sdram's, I have learned this is NOT possible. However is it at all possible to transfer a picture you take on the phone to your computer? without sending it from your phone to your email? With my old Kyrocera they had a data link, any such possibles with this?

You CAN take pictures and they will be stored on the TF card, then simply transfer via TF card or you can e-mail to any e-mail address. While in Picture Gallery, hit menu then switch storage device, make sure the TF card is selected. Any pictures you take will be stored on the TF card.

I'm not sure where you are getting your info...

The phone has something called a "Transflash" memory card. It slides in the top of the phone, and is easily removed. You can set the phone to store all photos and videos you take onto this card.

You can take the card out, insert it into an adaptor (which...

He is full of it... Each card comes with an adaptor that allows the card to be inserted into any SD card reader.

I guess he's 50% right -- Transflash cards can't be inserted into a computer DIRECTLY (you do need the supplied adaptor).

On the other hand, each Transflash card comes with the adaptor, so unless you are a COMPLETE novice, and don't bother reading the directions that come with the card, you will find out that you can do it.

It's a lie. I do it all the time using the TF card. Buy a TF card and see for yourself. In case you haven't learned yet, most consumers are more knowledgeable then VZW reps. The card comes with an adapter, you just need to have a reader. Mine is built into my pc.
