So tonight i went to the mall and went to the verizon wireless store, and talked to customer service, telling them about the scratches above the camera and the moving keypad..they said come back in 45 minutes, and had a brandnew v710 waiting for me, with my phonebook transfered over 🙂
Only bad thing is that my pictures, applications, and downloaded ringtones were gone.

No i got it july 31st...the thing that made them replace it was the keypad, not the scratches...but they replaced it even though i had had it for over a month 🙂
