So basically I paid $50.00 for phonebook & calendar Synch software!!! %$*@ing VERIZON....does any1 know of any program that I could download that would allow me to do what I want to my phone!!! (example: Manage ringtones or wallpapers) using usb cable....Again thanxs in advanced!!

i fell for it too earlier this week..and nope, as of now, verizon screwed us and not one program can do that..buying a transflash card is the only way so far

yeah, at least you got mobile tools from verizon..i was sold some old ass mobile office with outdated software in a beat up box..it was used too and they still sold it for full price!

I'm writing to Motorola and asking for a refund of 29.95, what I paid for mobile phone tools 2.0(software download)
I am telling them that it does not perform according to how it was addvertised on the site of both the phone and the software.
I don't care whose "fault" this is, VZ, Moto, etc
I bought a product that's supposed to do something and it doesnt.
Do I have a prayer of getting my $$ back?
I don't know, but I"m doing my letter, and suggest ALL of you do it too!
