Regarding your recent e-mail, when the Bluetooth headset is powered on and paired to the phone, all the calls will come in through the headset. It is not possible to have both phone and headset ring. This is so for all Bluetooth phones and headsets. If you power the headset off, the Bluetooth connection will be lost. This is how the phones have been designed, and we do not anticipate any software updates to change this feature in the nearby future.
