CAN YOU ADD PHONEBOOK TO TRANSFLAH CARD?

i wanted to know this bc a friend of mine has att and he wanted to know if he could use the trans flash card like a sim card and put it in a new phone and keep his phonebook like that?

nope has to be cransfered by usb cable
