What is the correct movie format for transfer

I've heard everything from 3gp, 3g2, 3gpp, 3ga, i've used nokia's software to compress the video then transfering it to the phone and the phone does not recognize the file format and can't open it. Please help

just make sure that the title of your movie is short. 3gp, 3gpp2, mp4, etc. all work on the phone.

i had to rename them to .3g2 for them to work on my phone..the others didn't work for me either

Had the same problem then found a post that if you are sending it though vzwpix it has to be less then 350k then it should work

When using Nokia's software be sure that your not using the 128 bit encoding. 64 works fine, if a little choppy, but the 128 doesnt seem to be supported.... atleast from my one experience...
