Verizon/Motorola & Bluetooth

After purchasing a v710 and realizing that it didn't work with my Apple laptop via bluetooth, I did some research. I went online to find all these threads with people who have the same problem. I called Verizon and talked to them for fourty-five minutes and explained everything I found and that I wanted a straight answer. He told me that he had no idea that the problem existed and that based on what I had told him he would check out phonescoop himself. I then talked to Motorola where they told me that Motorola doesn't support Apple, where I then proceeded to explain that can't be true due to the fact that Apple is making iTunes software for their phones starting next year as well as they make Apple's processors for their computers. I've seen a variety of things in these posts. One theme that keeps popping up is that OBEX is disabled to force people to pay to transfer a file. Hopefully, Verizon takes customer experience and customer service seriously. If they do, this functionality will be made available.
