MP3 Volume TOO quiet
I did all the backdoor increasing of the volume and it is still way to quite. Is there anything else I can do? The phone is rendered useless as an mp3 player. Unless you are in a room with complete silence you can't hear a thing. Forget using it on the subway in NYC.

Please let me know if this works too. I can't hear a thing. And, if I close the flip, the mp3 stops playing.

This is such a weird thread. My phone plays MP3's way too loud, even after I press the "down" volume button to the lowest level (other than "off"). I wish there was a way I could turn them down.

Mine is working now. I did nothing. I just sat the phone down and came back to it about an hour later. I did not turn it off or on and I did not hit any additional buttons. Just when I tried it again, the volume is great. I have no idea.

Did you know that standard headphones can't be used reliably with the V710 without an adapter?

Then buy the Motorola headphones that work.
