Does this phone allow me to record my voice and then use it as a ringtone?

Can a standard Windows XP computer do that?

I have never done it...

yup. start, run, type "sndrec32" file -> properties -> all formats -> convert now -> PCM -> 44,100hz 16 bit mono (86kbps) -> OK -> OK.... record and save the .wav files... then download a LAME distribution and/or GUI frontend if you need it, and encode to 64KBPS CBR 32,000hz MONO. then go to it... You will need a transflash card to make it work though...

http://winlame.sourceforge.net/ » should do it for you...
