Screen Repair Pricing?, ATTN LEVEL2 or NYCOM or others

Well, my brother ended up breaking his slider screen the other week and it is cracked and bleeding bad. I spoke with a VZW rep on the phone and they said something about $15 for a replacement screen. (If find the previous hard to believe), they also talked about getting a FRU unit under MFG WRTY? I know people in the repair business and they said it would be more like at least $100.
So the other day I bring it to a corporate Verizon store and they say that they do not fix screens at all. I mentioned the notes in the account about a FRU unit, and hey said no way. (Now I didn't expect to get a FRU unit truthfully, b...
