Motorola V710

Hi, I just got the V710 (third one) because verizon cant trouble shoot an echo. BTW, I finally retired my 7868W startac after 72,000 minutes and a swim in lake george... Here's My questions: what is this g-mail Im reading about? also, how do you send pictures via the bluetooth? I can buy the adapter for the pc via best buy for $30 - thought that would be neat. Which is the best brand headset to buy (wireless?) and finally, besides the volume opcodes that I did, what else can be updated? any firmware/software updates - and where do I get them?
