Motorola V710

I spoke to John Sturycz with Motorola's consumer advocacy office today (see my other post on the speakerphone with flip closed). I asked him about the problem with the low volume in the earpiece section of the phone. He said they are aware of the problem and a fix WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN MID-NOVEMBER. Frustrating, I know, but at least we are getting a fix.
