Hey guess what I just found!
There are a set of bluetooth headphones that will work with any device with a 1/8 inch plug by using the included dongle, but even better is that it works with any handset with the headset enabled bluetooth function.
So I have not tried these, mainly because of the cost, but if someone is really bent on this item here is the link:

be patient. all bluetooth headsets can handle the audio. Just not stereo. hopefully verizon will fix it. I listened to audio from my computer with the HS820. it would work well with a disc man, but you still would need a adapter to connect it to the phone in stereo otherwise its just another headset in relation to the phone with only mono sound. sorry to burst your bubble. g-night
