Motorola told me that a flash wasn't available for self-flashing. They said I had to send it in to the service center for the 1.3 flash. The packing slip says they adjusted the earpiece too. It only took about 7 business days and the phone works great now. I'm sure some 3rd party will have something available online somewhere soon though. Good luck...
