Syncing mail?

I currently retrieve my school e-mail using Outlook Express on my desktop. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to use Outlook on the phone to do the same (i.e. aol e-mail address)? I was confused from reading other posts as to whether this requires the purchase of additional software. Thanks~ 😳

Set up an "e-mail" account in the phone to read your AOL pop account, and send via the cingular server. This will use your data plan so unless you have unlimited data on your plan, just be careful. There is no additional software needed on the phone.
