Wireless Sync?

OK, I've got activesync to sync all of my outlook email with my phone. Question now is how do I update the inbox it when I'm on the road? The "Outlook mail" account has no send/receive option... 😳

Let me slightly rephrase. I can use cingular's Xpress Mail to sync wirelessly, but I'd like to cable sync when the computer is connected to the phone and wireless sync when I am away.
