Sync with Outlook

Does anybody know how to change settings in ActiveSync so when I sinc with outlook, numbers from outlook go to my fine not the numbers from phone go to outlook. How can I change that?

that i know but i dont want the contacts that are on my phone after i sinc it to be in the outlook
