Motorola MPx220

I know you guys went through the firmware issues already but a couple of weeks ago i bought the mpx220 at bestbuy and it had firmware 1.3 but it had issues like the sound is pretty low when u make calls and camera issues, so now, yesterday i went there to buy it again after i returned becuase they said they had the upgradeed versions of operator .342 and manufacture 1.80 so when i came home the checked the phone guess what it was 1.3 and the operator .250 and again it has same issues like it did before and they said they will have the reflash shipments coming in couple of days so should i wait and get the 1.80 version.
