Not able to accept incoming calls (sometimes, I will get a white screen)
đŗ Starting just yesterday, when an incoming call occurred, when I pushed the accept button, my phone would not answer the call. Also, I would only see white on the internal screen ( I may see a little of the incoming contacts info but not all). Also, my reception bars were low. I called Cingular and they told me to turn my phone off everyday to "reboot"(they said that I need to do this do to info overload)the phone. When I did this last night, my phone seemed to be working just fine. Still, today at work, my phone started to do the same thing when a call came in. Does this happen if I have low reception bars or is it something else??? âšī¸

To get a code to unlock the program costs $24.99. They also have an encyclopedia, both...

I am alos having this problem on both mpx220 I own. It is very annoying. It won't allow me to answer the call. It is true that a reboot resolves this for a time, however, to imply that I should have to reboot the phone daily is ludicrous.
I suspect it has to do with photo contacts as it usually manifests itself when the photo is coming up.
Motorola needs to get its shot together and get a firmware upgrade in place. Nothing like being a beta tester...
