Mikkke,
1. Turn your phone off. 2. Take out your battery. 3. Take out your SIM card (make sure you watch how you took it out so you will be able to put it back in correctly). 4. Wait around 10 seconds. 5. Put your SIM card and battery back in phone. 6. At the same time, press your ON key and Blue key (hold for about 2 sec.) 7.A screen will come up asking if you want to do a Master Reset. 8. Use the left arrow key to press yes. It will take the phone about 5 mins. to reset. (Know that with a Master Reset, you will lose any data that you have inputed in your phone. The phone will go back to it original factory settings. 😛

☚ī¸ I am sorry that did not solve your problem. Try contacting Motorola (I hate to even suggest doing this). Tell them the process that you complete. Hopefully, they can help you. You may actually have a bad phone.. đŸ‘ŋ
