is this part of the unlimited internet usage for $19.99?
and the difference between 230 and 45 is just the bandwidth and connection rate. how many kilobytes you connect at per second. dial up is about 45, dsl usually ranges from 400-1000 depending where you are, and cable usually ranges at about 1500-3500. so, i was suprised at mpx connecting at 230, because that's almost as good as some dsl. it's usually the more kbps you have the faster your internet is, but if you have a cable connection at 3000 and one at 2000 you won't be able to tell the difference, because no server is going to ...

also, i just got a kensington bluetooth adapter from bestbuy for my PC and I accessed internet through my phone on my PC WIRELESSLY. very nice, indeed. only problem is that the bluetooth only transfers at like 120kbps and the 220's net connection is 230kbps...so, through bluetooth, the data rate is almost cut in half...still very cool though
