Very low sound volume when talking to someone using Mpx220

I just wanted to see if anyone has run into this problem. My girlfriend has the Mpx220 and when I talk to her she sounds very very low. I can barely hear her. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

you have to have ur ear in the right spot or u can't hear sh!t
