Motorola MPx220

External Picture ID

So, I'm sure it's posted here somewhere but I've searched about 3 pages and it's just too tedious. I have a customer who has the MPx220 and we can't seem to figure out how to get the external picture ID to work. We've assigned pictures to contacts but when the contact calls, we get nothing... Any advice??? 😡 😕 😡

My buddies phone had this problem. He was synching the phone up to 2 computers under different names. If you have the number under more than one contact the MPX220 doesn't display the picture.

It is so easy to get the photo contacts to show up on the external display.

All you need to do is change the "external display style" to style #2.

If on style #1, the photo contacts will not show up during an incoming call.
