HELP with editing files.

Hi,

I am new to the MPX220. I just bought and love it. I am ready to edit and customize it now. I first tried editing / creating my own theme. I looked like I got it to work, but after reboot everything is back to normal. It seems the files and /Windows folder are un-editable. What do I need to do? Thanx in advance.

The folder \Windows is recreated when the phone is rebooted. Any changes made in that direcory are therefore lost whenever the phone powers up.

Any new XML files (or iamges) for the home screens should go into the following directory: \Storage\Application Data\Home

dchester,

Thank you for the help. I really appreciate it. I have another question... where is the holder area of the boot and shutdown images? I also edited those files (images).
