Pics for caller ID... camera only?

I know I can take a pic with the phone's camera and use it as a caller ID photo for a contact, but can I somehow do this with a picture I transfer from my PC?

Yes, you can do it with PhotoAlbum. Someone needs to ask Bill Gates why you can't do it in Contacts.
