Just a note, I beleieve you all know this or else it just worked for me but the volume issue I had with the Windows media player, that of beeing to low to hear, was solved when i went it to video player and found the volume was set low, I set it high and it caused the media player to play loud- so try adjusting your volume in you video player and it may solve your sound issues with the widows media player. Also my speaker phone is nice and loud now.
