LG VX-8000
Picked up phone this morning.
Was at the door 9;00 am and got my phone,they first tried to sell me the 7000 and said they didnt have the 8000 but itold them i was in yesterday and they had it but couldnt sell it till today so they checked and guess what i have it and i like the looks and feel of it.Some one wrote in last week and said lens cover closes when in pocket but they wre not truthfull because it dont have alens cover. Well the battery should be charged enough now so i can program it and send pics i will let you all know how i like it. By the way my store only had 6 phones so you better hurry they said not to many to be released this soon. Good luck everyone Dirk

Awesome! I work for verizon for a little agent store. I am waiting for Fed Ex to drop off our shipment. We only got two and one of them is mine!!! I can't wait to play with that phone! I just wish they would hurry up and get here with it!

Ok finally got it!!! This phone is HOT. I am sooo happy. Not in the Vcast area...so I am still anxiously waiting on that. But the phone is great...is a tad on the big size ... but I like my things big! lol. Very easy to use and crystal clear screen...very hot phone.

I was at t5he store at 8:30 am, the first one in. They had a problem setting the phone up because the needed to change the old 1X settings. The rep was on the phone w/tech support for over 40 min trying ti figure it out. He said I was probably the first phone to be activated nation wide (dont know how true that is) anyway I left went to work and then went back when he set it up. I had to buy the leather case at a different store though, and it came w/a free hands free headset.
I like the phone a lot, great quality, still playing with it...need mire time for a better review, although it is very large.
