How do you get the speaker phone to work.

Press and hold for about 2 seconds the 'Clr/Speakerphone' button. The neat thing is that the speakerphone defaults to 'ON' until you turn it off, even after you end the current call.

Leather cover sold separately; I don't know about a plastic holder.
