Just wondering where I can find the data cable for this phone. I know on Ebay, but it seems like they are all for the vx7000. Is it the same for both? Thanks

I bought the mobile office kit from Verizon for the VX7000. I believe all 7000 cables will work for the 8000.

Actually, I called LG today to ask them about the cables being compatable for both phones. They said the cable for the VX7000 will not work with the VX8000. They said they typically wait about a month before they release the accesories for their phones and to expect it in March or April.

They probably dont want you to use the 7000 cable with the vx8000, but I am using the Mobile Office Kit for the VX7000 and it works fine.
