Where to get the data cable and what software?

Hi
i just bought this phone today and i was wondering where is a good place to get the cable for cheap and a good software.
and some directions on how to use this stuff.
please explain.

There are many threads explaining how to use the cable. I bought the mobile office kit for the vx7000 and it works fine.
