the memory is partitioned. You only have 6MB that you can put ringtones on. And for some reason, when you send midi songs to the phone, it puts them in ringtones and you can't move them out of there.

I'm having the same problem. At one point I had almost 25. I've erased almost all of them but it still tells me that the memory is full. Even when I Try to add a voice memo. I have erased more than enough ringtones to free up some space but it still tells me the memory is full. Any help???

Sure did still didn't matter. So I just erased all of them untill the Get It Now menu said the memory was clear. Started to re add them about 10 sec shorter.Stared at 40 sec but phone only rings 30 sec. May the bitrate a little slower and now it seem to be letting me use the whole memory. Now the Get IT NOw memory for app is letting me fill it up. I guess I had to many 64 kbps 40 sec song. Now Im back up to haveing over 20 ringtones.\

I have noticed that, for some unexplainable reason, when you store something on the phone, then erase it, you don't go back to having the original amount of memory on the phone. It seems like nothing ever gets completely erased.

Anyone else having this issue?
