3 really annoying things

1) The volume level when you preview a ringtone is not the same level as when you actually receive a cell. Even with master volume set to max. I think they forgot to put a 'call volume' option in the menu and thats whats screwing it up. Any way to fix? One reason i returned my 8940 was the volume level was too low

2) The time of day is not display when you're on a call. This is a MAJOR pet peeve of mine. I cant #*&#*#& stand it when phone companies miss this. There is a HUGE screen with PLENTY of space. Other phones can do it. How the #&*$ did this get through testing. I am considering returning the phone for that reason hoping that they'll fix it. I am NOT happy

3) Speaker phone sometimes says its on when it isnt

The speaker phone always stays on, even after you end a call.. that annoys me, especially when you think it's not on, and you answer your phone and it's on speaker. that sucks

sounds like a user problem to me... it's more annoying if you have to keep switching on speakerphone everytime you try to pick up a call in your car or when you need to make a call in your car while driving... isn't it more convenient if it stays set to whatever you last set it to so you could make a bunch of calls with the same setting as opposed to messing with the side buttons?

well i'm down to 2 really annoying things.

turns out that the volume level is only reduced when the flip phone is open (which it was for all my tests).

with the phone closed the volume level is as expected when receiving a new incoming call.
